  The Supreme Court has said there are conflicting letters from the Chicago State University (CSU) on President Bola Tinubu’s certificate.  Speaking at the  hearing of the appeal filed by PDP's Atiku Abubakar this morning, Justice John Okoro who is the Chairman of the 7-member panel mentioned that the court has two conflicting letters before it. Recall that on September 6, 2023, the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal had struck out the appeals of Atiku and Peter Obi of Labour Party. Both men headed for the apex court, with Atiku asking to file extra evidence against Tinubu on alleged forgery. Atiku had sought Tinubu’s academic record from Chicago State University so as to prove his allegation that the president submitted forged documents to INEC. However, by the time the documents were release, the 180 days statutory period within which an election petition should be filed and determined had elapsed. The release of President Bola Tinubu's academic records by Chicago State University has raised questions about his past. On Monday, the university released Tinubu's academic records, following requests by Atiku Abubakar, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 elections. In a finding by a popular columnist and social commentator, Farooq Kperogi, there are various questions raised with the release of these documents. In a commentary on Tuesday, Kperogi said that the certificate that Tinubu submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is inconsistent with the certificates that CSU issued in 1979 and, subsequently, indicating that Tinubu forged his. Kperogi also said that the Southwest College transcript that Tinubu used to get admitted to Chicago State University belongs to a female. The Nigeria Police Force, Lagos State Command has exhumed the remains of late singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, aka MohBad. His body was exhumed on Thursday September 21 and has been taken to the hospital where autopsy will commence immediately. The Lagos Police Public Relation Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin also confirmed the exhumation on his official 'X' handle (formerly Twitter) He wrote,  " Exhumation completed. Actress Iyabo Ojo has claimed the nurse who treated singer Mohbad at the hospital before his death has been arrested by the police. She disclosed this while giving an update on the ongoing investigation into the death of the singer following her visit with some team members to Lagos State government offices. Ojo mentioned some other people have been asked to turn themselves in to the authorities on the matter. She further implored the #JustForMohbad group to give the authorities the stipulated time frame to carry out their duties in unraveling the circumstances surrounding Mohbad's case. The father of the late Nigerian singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad has spoken about the death of his son.
