Because your phone was used to call someone that was murdered , It's enough  reason for you to be arrested. 


Some of you don't even know that, right now In Nigeria .

With the invention of BVN, NIN and SIM Card Registration.

You and your phone are now One. You represent your phone and your phone represent you. 


Under the law, it is a clear fact now that whatever happens on your phone is been authorised by you or you gave the authorisation and it means you will answer for whatever happens on your Phone. 


For this reason, I will advice that you should never give out your phone to a stranger to make a call anymore before you enter a BIG trouble and start regretting. 


It's better you give them money to buy card on their own phone. 

Ignorance of the law is not an excuse

Mallam Yusuf Olatunde Adepoju, the chief lecturer of the Academic of Islamic Propagation (ACADIP) has accepted the challenge by Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.  According to Leadership, Adeboye had called on Imams to allow him to use the mosques to preach on Sunda in order to strengthen religious tolerance in the country. BREAKING: Court jails Akwa Ibom YPP gov candidate 42 years for corruption.

Mr. Albert. The governorship candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP), Bassey Albert, has been sentenced to 42 years in prison for corruption. A Federal High Court in Uyo, on Thursday, convicted and sentenced Mr Albert who was prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. He has been taken to Ikot Ekpene prisons, Akwa Ibom State , to serve his prison term. Mr Albert, a serving senator representing Akwa Ibom North East District, was accused of receiving bribes of 12 cars worth N254 million from an oil marketer, Olajidee Omokore, during his (Albert’s) tenure (2010 – 2014) as commissioner for finance in Akwa Ibom State. The convicted senator was a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, the ruling party in the state, before he defected months ago to the YPP, where he secured the party’s ticket for the 2023 governorship election.
