4 Days Cook-A-Thon: Emotional moment Hilda Baci takes 30 minutes break (Video)

Video captures the moment Hilda Effiong Bassey, a dedicated chef who goes by the professional name Hilda Baci, took a 30-minute break during her goal to break the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking time by a human being.

A heartwarming video making rounds on social media captured the moment when Hilda Baci received a 30-minute break from cooking and hurried out of the kitchen to rest in a van.

Her goal is to cook continuously for four days and four nights, surpassing the current record of 87 hours and 45 minutes set by Chef Lata London in Rewa, India, in 2019.

Hilda has harboured a dream of breaking a world record for five years, and achieving this feat would make it a reality for her.

The event began on May 11th at Amore Gardens in Lekki, Lagos, and Hilda has already cooked for more than 60 hours.

Mr. Albert. The governorship candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP), Bassey Albert, has been sentenced to 42 years in prison for corruption. A Federal High Court in Uyo, on Thursday, convicted and sentenced Mr Albert who was prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. He has been taken to Ikot Ekpene prisons, Akwa Ibom State , to serve his prison term. Mr Albert, a serving senator representing Akwa Ibom North East District, was accused of receiving bribes of 12 cars worth N254 million from an oil marketer, Olajidee Omokore, during his (Albert’s) tenure (2010 – 2014) as commissioner for finance in Akwa Ibom State. The convicted senator was a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, the ruling party in the state, before he defected months ago to the YPP, where he secured the party’s ticket for the 2023 governorship election.
