Afrobeat superstar, Davido is set to return to the stage to grace the closing ceremony at The World Cup Qatar closing ceremony.

It will be recalled that Davido has not been in the public eye since the incident of his 1st son, which most of blogger said he is dead but alive in one private hospital in Atlanta. Unless for the sworn in day for his uncle at Oshogbo stadium.

Olori Iyabo Aremu, the abducted wife of the slain Olukoro of Koro Ekiti in Kwara State, General Segun Aremu-Cole (retd) and two others have regained their freedom. Olori, her adopted daughter, Feranmi and one other victim were released on Monday night, February 5, 2024 and arrived Koro town around 10:45pm. Federal Government May Raise Minimum Wage to N200,000, to Take Decision Soon.

There are strong indications that the federal government is favourably disposed to raising the minimum wage to as high as N200k per month as demanded by the organised labour in the country. However, state governors are urging for caution while Anambra State governor Charles Soludo has been asked to chair a Technical Working Group (TWG) to resolve the issues and its various dimensions. LEADERSHIP gathered that the matter was discussed at the last month's National Economic Council (NEC) meeting and it was there that the Salaries, Incomes & Wages Commission made a presentation on how the federal government can meet up with the demand of N200,000 per month minimum wage.
