Thomas Fuller, an African sold into slavery in 1724 at the age of 14, was sometimes known as the “Virginia Calculator” for his extraordinary ability to solve complex math problems in his head. He was asked how many seconds there were in a year and a half, he answered in about two minutes, 47,304,000. Again he was asked how many seconds a man has lived who is 70 years, 17 days and 12 hours old, he answered in a minute and a half 2,210,500,800.

One of the men was working out the problems on paper, and informed Fuller that he was wrong, because the answer was much smaller. Fuller hastily replied, "'Top, massa, you forget de leap year." When the leap year was added in, the sums matched.

Al-Nassr: Saudi Arabia to twist marriage law for Ronaldo, Georgina Rodriguez.

Saudi Arabia is reportedly set to twist its marriage law to allow Al Nassr's new signing, Cristiano Ronaldo, to live with his partner, Georgina Rodriguez in the country, according to Spanish news outlet Sport. Saudi Arabia's marriage law prohibits couples that are not married from living together. The report added that Ronaldo and Rodriguez will be living together in Saudi Arabia and are most likely not going to be punished for breaking the law. Ronaldo recently signed for Al-Nassr after his contract with Manchester United was terminated in November. The Portugal captain signed a contract with the Saudi Arabian outfit that would see him remain at the club until 2025. The 37-year-old was officially unveiled as an Al-Nassr player this week. Upon joining the club, Ronaldo promised to help not only develop the sport in Al-Nassr but Saudi Arabia as a nation.

Delivering judgment on Monday, October 9, the court found the suspended Police Officer guilty of the Christmas Day k!lling of the lawyer and sentenced him to d£ath by hanging.
